This is where our love story began…
Since I had such a crush I had to tell everyone! Even though I was kinda dating someone; it just didn’t matter. There was something about Pete! He had to be mine! But surprisingly, I am shy, even though many people would not believe that! So I just told some people how cute I thought he was… three names started it all… Ross -Kevin-and Laura. Ross went to wrestling school with Pete and I am pretty sure he told Pete how I thought he was cute. And well Kevin was a great friend in high school and well one day my friends and I decided to get ice cream. And well what do you know, I found Peter Jacangelo at Dairy Queen in Kenilworth serving ice cream! What were the odds? So as I am walking up, I saw him and ran off. Kevin, being nosey wondered why I did and I word for word said, “Oh my god, It is Peter Jacangelo, I can’t get ice cream! He is so cute!!!” Then Kevin just laughed and told me he was going to the counter to tell him this. This made me run further and further away haha! Kevin did tell Pete and from what Pete said— He said he went into the bathroom to fix his hair because he thought I was going to go to the counter…. which never happened…… and so how did we meet?
Well Pete ended up getting my number from Laura, who was my best friend, and texted me… and I was a little put off guard, especially since I was with my first high school boyfriend for a while… yet, I knew I had to contact him. So a few weeks went by and I texted Pete. Before you knew it, he was getting directions to my house (me giving him an attitude because i was super nervous) and we played some super nintendo, and on the way out a kiss on the lips goodnight :)… that was only the beginning.
